What we process

Your queries and any attached file text are processed to generate an answer. Queries are sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) and, when live information is needed, a search query is sent to our search provider (Brave).

What we permanently store — and what we don't

Every answered query produces an anonymized knowledge microsite: a generalized title, summary, and knowledge fragments. Anonymization happens at the point of creation: microsites never contain your literal query text, your name, or any user-identifying information, and no individual user profile or query history is built or reconstructable from the knowledge base. Session personalization exists only for the duration of your session and is discarded afterward.

Cookies and quotas

A single session cookie tracks your remaining daily searches. Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC.

Company records from public registers

We maintain an internal index of company records taken from India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs register, published as open government data. It exists for two operational purposes only: to check that a business signing up is a real, currently registered company in the place it says it is, and to match a business claiming a listing to its own register entry.

This index is not a directory and is not published. Records in it are never shown in search results, never listed on any public page, and never indexed by search engines. A company appearing in this index is not a SearchLLM.ai customer, is not represented as one, and has no relationship with us.

We do not ingest the contact details the register publishes. The register includes a company email address; we deliberately exclude that field, so we hold no email address, telephone number or named individual taken from it. What we hold is limited to the company name, registered city and state, its registration identifier, incorporation year, and registration status.

Removal. Any company may ask to be removed from this index, for any reason or none, by writing to deploy@pibitsai.com. Removal is permanent: the record is marked as removed and our import process is built so that re-importing the register can never restore it. We do not require a reason and will not ask for one.

Sponsored listings

Sponsored results link directly to the listed company's own website, whose own privacy policy applies once you're there. SearchLLM.ai does not operate click-tracking infrastructure, does not use third-party ad networks, and does not share your queries or identity with listed companies.
